Great public areas rooms need some updates, repairs and deep cleaning. Replace windows there's so much freezing cold air coming inside and stuck open. The heater was on high for over an hour and it was so loud we couldn't hear anything …

The older gentleman with white hair at the front desk is an absolute ASSET to holiday inn staff. He provides incredible customer service and is always super welcoming to all football fans. If you are going to a packers game make sure to stay here, you will not find a better deal with amazing customer service. The shower has great water pressure.

When we arrived in our room there was a man I think his name was Tim in our room and he was double checking to make sure that the room was clean and everything was up to par. We arrived a little earlier than we were supposed to be here. We have stayed here multiple times before and never really paid attention to anything other than going to our room. He asked if we like a tour of the hotel and we said "sure" . We had no idea this place not only has a chapel, it also has a little theater that shows Christian movies on. There's a guest laundry, There's a bar that has a dinner menu. There's a nice big pool and hot tub. There's a gym downstairs. Beautiful area that would be amazing for a New Year's party. Huge area for weddings. What a wonderful man and he was so sweet we truly appreciated the time that he took just to show us around.

Staff is always courteous and pleasant, the property however is dated and just doesn't “feel” clean. Bathroom tub areas have a lot of patched tiles and several times I have had tub drains that don’t drain allowing water to accumulate in tub while showering, ( gross !! ), property could definitely use a makeover

We had got a king suite as we had our kids with us and we needed an extra roll away bed so we called and they said they would be right up. So when the lady came up she said instead of a rollaway bed they were going to give us the adjoining double queen suite for free! Pretty accommodating if you ask me. Overall a good experience.

Super convenient location - right off I 43. Easy access to the highway, lakeshore, car ferry, Green Bay, Lambeau Field, etc. Can't beat the food prices. Great amenities for the whole family - game room, large pool, huge relaxing atrium.
